Chau was an incredible team lead during our time working together. Designing a mobile version of a desktop e-commerce site in a remote, fast-moving environment required strong communication and adaptability—both of which she handled effortlessly. She kept our team aligned, encouraged collaboration, and made sure our final designs were both user-friendly and thoughtfully executed.
